He has a weight of 130 pounds (59kg) and the height of 5 feet 8in (173cm) which can be very difficult to maintain when your work takes a lot of food. Before he made his career from eating, he was studying nutrients who helped him stay healthy and understood his body. When he first started, he had a problem adapting with so much food and he bloated and dehydrated all the time. Eat very large food portions as competitive eaters, can be very dangerous and it brings a lot of risk later.

All of these risks are higher if eaters don’t watch what they eat every day. Luckily for Matt, he tried to eat as soon as he could. The knowledge he obtained from the nutrition course helped him handle it all. When it comes to actual preparation and training for competition, Matt usually eats two large foods per week. He rested for a few days between these foods and he said he thought of this training like bodybuilding. So that your body is ready for bodybuilding, you have to go to the gym, practice hard with the hardest you can handle, and then go home and let the muscles relax for a few days. That’s what he did with his stomach and his entire body.
