Walmart launches GoLocal, its own delivery service for local businesses

Walmart has announced new shipping services intended for local businesses. Walmart Golocal is, the company explained, available to the company “of all sizes” that need to send products to their customers. Walmart described his new business as a white label delivery service built on existing shipping infrastructure.

Simply put, Walmart Golacious will provide products from businesses throughout the US to the company’s customers. Walmart said it would offer this retailer a variety of different shipping options, including unschedulable and scheduled shipping, using the designated shipping system.

Walmart has offered shipping services for its own customers; They now cover more than 3,000 stores and are available in most of the US. The company has also tested various technologies related to product delivery, including self-driving vehicles.

According to Walmart, he has written transactions with “retail clients companies” which are not determined for its golocal services. The new service gives Walmart another way to compete with Amazon while offering local business opportunities to ship their products to customers, giving them a buying advantage from online retailers.
